About this role

Datadog’s Partner Marketing Team is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives with our Cloud Service Providers and Channel Partners in EMEA. In this role, you will own and execute marketing programs designed to increase partner engagement, generate leads, and expand awareness of Datadog’s solutions within the cloud provider and channel ecosystem. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership while shaping Datadog’s presence with our ecosystem of partners.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement.

Lead co-marketing efforts with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure to position Datadog’s solutions effectively within the cloud partner ecosystem.

Collaborate closely with global marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.

Understand and work within regions and stakeholders across Europe, Middle East and Africa

Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key performance metrics through internal and external quarterly OKRs to ensure continuous optimization.

Build our channel partner go to market strategy within specific regions across EMEA

Who You Are:

4-6 years of experience working in marketing; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred

Fluent in English (Datadog’s business language) and French or German

Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are external-facing

Demonstrated success generating leads and meeting targets with digital or in person campaigns

Strong project management skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and feel comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others

You have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Ability to analyze data and trends

This role requires 3 days a week in office in Farringdon

Ability to travel 20% of the time
