You will be instrumental in driving the enterprise-wide adoption and cultural shift required for our ground breaking next-generation marketing platform.

This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of innovation and execution. You will leverage deep expertise in service design, behavioural psychology, organisational development, and business value creation to craft a scalable, interoperable, and future-proof experience for 150,000 employees across all agencies.

Your remit will span People, Process, and Systems, ensuring our solution extends far beyond technology. You will embed the strategic processes, essential behaviours, and robust organisational structures necessary for the platform to not just launch, but to thrive at unparalleled scale, fundamentally changing how work gets done.

What you'll be doing:

As our Senior Director of Product Enablement, you will be instrumental in architecting and driving the successful adoption of our next-generation marketing platform by focusing on four key strategic pillars:

1. Enterprise Service Design & Process Optimisation:

Architect a unified, enterprise-ready, end-to-end employee and user experience across our global agencies and business units.

Codify and streamline critical processes to ensure seamless interoperability across diverse systems, tools, and platforms.

Develop a comprehensive catalogue of service offerings that consistently meet business needs and scale globally.

Establish robust global process standards, ensuring strict alignment with all regulatory, compliance, and data protection requirements.

Drive automation and efficiency initiatives, significantly reducing manual dependencies and enabling teams to focus on high-value strategic work.

Implement and maintain global risk and compliance frameworks to monitor, safeguard, and future-proof business-critical systems.

2. Behavioural & Mindset Transformation:

Identify behavioural barriers to adoption and design targeted interventions to maximise engagement and sustained platform usage.

Develop and implement a global behavioural change methodology, shifting teams from task-based to agile, project-based ways of working.

Champion new mindsets, principles, and values, challenging outdated models to foster modern collaboration and seamless AI agent augmentation.

Craft a compelling, global Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that inspires and drives active platform engagement across all markets.

Integrate micro-learnings and just-in-time content to accelerate upskilling, platform fluency, and user performance.

Design and facilitate continuous feedback loops, empowering users to review, adapt, and refine their platform interactions.

Monitor individual and team progress on behavioural and capability improvements, informing ongoing optimization efforts.

Capture real-time user feedback to continuously inform product and experience enhancements.

3. Organisational & Operating Model Evolution:

Define a transformative organisational model to support project-based delivery and high-performance team structures.

Establish project archetypes and typologies to standardise delivery models, optimise resource planning, and enhance scalability.

Partner with HR and executive business leaders to strategically align capabilities, roles, and governance with the new operating model.

4. Business Value & Performance Measurement:

Define and rigorously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and value-based metrics across the entire platform experience to assess efficiency, adoption, and strategic impact.

Measure the direct impact of behavioural change programs, including mindset shifts, new ways of working, and cultural alignment.

Drive measurable increases in platform adoption and sustained usage across global teams, leveraging data-led insights and continuous feedback.

Identify and mitigate friction points within the user journey to accelerate time to proficiency and enhance onboarding and enablement experiences.

Collaborate with executive sponsors, finance, and operations to quantify business value, drive efficiencies, and inform strategic reinvestment.

Cultivate a culture of continuous measurement, optimization, and data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI from both platform and behavioural transformations.

What you'll need:

Essential Experience & Expertise:

Significant leadership experience driving enterprise digital transformation, ideally within complex, global, matrixed organisations.

Deep expertise in service design, organisational transformation, and behavioural change methodologies.

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling large-scale platform rollouts across diverse business and cultural landscapes.

Demonstrated proficiency in process standardisation, interoperability framework design, and compliance-aligned solution architecture.

Extensive experience implementing employee-centric platforms that seamlessly integrate technology, process, and comprehensive change management strategies.

Exceptional ability to lead through influence, with robust stakeholder management skills across IT, HR, Product, Finance, and executive leadership teams.

Strong business acumen, adept at quantifying value, defining critical KPIs, and driving continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organisational Design, Human-Centered Design, or a closely related field.

Experience with AI-powered platform implementation or within complex digital marketing ecosystems.

Certifications in Prosci Change Management, Design Thinking, or Agile methodologies are a significant advantage.
