Office is located within Platinum Business & Convention Centre, Sector 1, full time and on site.  Match information in proprietary A/P system to vendor invoices Handles dedicated mailboxes Update vendor statements Identify and escalate to partner branches problem invoices Build key relationships with partner branches in order to quickly resolve invoice issues File invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessary Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments Ensure communication with local branches
