What will you do as Senior GTM Revenue Operations Manager?
As our Senior GTM Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing the critical systems that incentivize our teams and bring our products to market.
Your work will support GTM capacity planning through territory design and forecasting, ensuring the right headcount is in place to achieve revenue targets. You’ll lead the design and modeling of incentive compensation plans for Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, establishing fair quotas and targets, and overseeing operational management of compensation and payouts. Through detailed analysis of pricing performance, discounting trends, and deal structures, you’ll deliver insights that influence strategic pricing and product decisions.🎯
Collaboration is key as you’ll be a critical partner to the leadership of Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing on all matters related to compensation and product operations. By owning the strategy and execution of GTM compensation & capacity planning, pricing analysis, and new product introductions, you’ll ensure our revenue teams are motivated by fair and effective plans and are fully enabled to sell and support our evolving product set.
