Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of top-tier retail prospects across key verticals
  • Develop complex, tailored value propositions based on understanding of the partner’s full value chain—from operations to unit economics to customer experience
  • Lead enterprise-level negotiations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Create data-driven business cases demonstrating ROI and long-term value
  • Coordinate closely with product, commercial, and operational teams to secure internal alignment
  • Identify new opportunities across Drive, Marketplace and hybrid models
  • Ensure smooth handover to account management after signing
  • Maintain deep insight into competitive landscape, category trends, and retail market dynamics
  • 3–6 years of enterprise or consultative sales experience within retail, FMCG, tech, SaaS or logistics
  • Strong understanding of the retail value chain, decision-making structures, and commercial drivers
  • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations

We are now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong foundation and knowledge in retail to propel this growth by securing and managing complex, high-impact partnerships. What you’ll be doing You will own the acquisition of enterprise retail partners and sell Wolt’s full commercial offering. You will manage the entire process end-to-end: scoping, value chain analysis, building business cases, C-level negotiations, and ensuring internal alignment across local, Nordic, and global teams.
