Together, the team supports Mirakl's clients throughout all phases of their marketplace journey—from strategic planning to day-to-day operations—ensuring they maximize the value of the Mirakl platform. Your Impact Analyze client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimize their marketplace operations Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure) Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence What You'll Bring to the Role Education & Experience Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP Previous internship experience in consulting, customer success, or e-commerce is a plus
