Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Asset Management Specialist to oversee IT asset lifecycle processes across our data center's, including the full RMA workflow. In this role, you will also support related operational processes such as procurement, spare
  • parts management, insurance cases, and asset disposal.
  • You will play a key role in supporting and improving asset management activities within the Data Center IT Infrastructure department.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Follows up with stakeholders to ensure RMA cases supported within SLAs
  • Build dashboards, report on progress, and identify gaps to improve and continuously optimize the process
  • Closely monitors insurance cases, prepares clear summaries, and collects/understands all required artefacts to enable quick, delay‑free claim processing
  • Track all tickets and ensures every case (RMA, insurance, documentation, or other) is properly logged and kept up to date
  • IT spare part order planning by combining input from each site (DC / warehouse teams) with analysis of inventory and consumption data, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability for RMA and replacement needs.
  • Maintains regular check‑ins with each site separately to review all open tickets, understand local challenges and pain points, and ensure clear actions toward closure
  • We expect you to have:
  • 3+ years experience on similar position.
  • Experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components and asset management tools.
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Excel at the advanced level (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graphs).
  • Readiness for business trips.
  • It will be an added bonus if you have:
  • Experience with budgeting related to IT assets.
  • Relevant certifications or courses.
