Your Mission

As a Tech Recruiter, you will strengthen Catawiki’s tech organisation by identifying and engaging high-quality engineering talent in Lisbon, Amsterdam and internationally, including candidates open to relocation. Your focus is to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process by sourcing and screening engineers who will shape the next chapters of our product.

What You’ll Do

Source engineering talent across multiple markets using LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray and other creative search techniques

Engage potential candidates through thoughtful outreach and turn cold profiles into meaningful conversations

Screen candidates to assess technical fit and alignment, maintaining a high-quality hiring funnel

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define what good looks like

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing tech growth

Keep hiring processes moving efficiently by ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience sourcing and screening engineers across different technologies and markets

Strong skills in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, X-ray techniques and other creative talent search methods

Ability to quickly assess candidate fit and filter effectively in high-volume environments

Solid understanding of programming languages, frameworks and technical architecture fundamentals

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with recruiters and hiring managers

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to support talent mapping, research and sourcing

Where You’ll Be

This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will work from our Lisbon HQ a minimum of 2 days per week.

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
