Job Description

ROV

Supervisor

We’re looking for experienced ROV Supervisors to join our offshore team at Fugro, where safety, teamwork, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you’ll lead offshore ROV operations, manage subsea teams, and ensure seamless communication with project managers, clients, and vessel personnel. You’ll work across a varied mix of projects throughout the UK, the North Sea, wider Europe, and parts of Africa, covering workscopes such as renewables, oil and gas, survey operations, light construction, and drill‑support activities.

Your leadership will be key in conducting toolbox talks, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring all subsea tasks are carried out to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with Surveyors and Engineers to keep ROV equipment running smoothly and data flowing accurately. If you're ready to take on diverse subsea engineering projects and thrive in a dynamic offshore environment, this is your opportunity.
