As International Category Manager – Fresh Produce, you'll lead and execute our sourcing strategy, build a high-performing supplier network, and drive cost efficiencies—while ensuring product quality and sustainability standards are upheld across regions.

What You Will Be Doing:

Design and implement an international sourcing strategy for your categories aligned with our global objectives

Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and strategic negotiations to secure optimal terms and long-term partnerships

Drive supplier development initiatives and cross-border collaboration to enhance quality, consistency, and innovation

Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities through volume leverage, improved processes, and market insights

Champion procurement best practices and scalable frameworks across regional teams

Build and sustain strong supplier relationships grounded in trust, performance, and mutual growth

Define and track KPIs to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making

Engage & influence your key stakeholders across European markets to enable your strategies to be successfully implemented

Who You Are:

We're looking for a strategic executor—someone who can zoom out to shape the bigger picture and zoom in to get things done.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Agricultural Science, Supply Chain, or a related field

3+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, category management, or sourcing—ideally in fresh food or FMCG; consulting backgrounds also welcome

Proven success in supplier negotiation and delivering measurable results

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions

A proactive mindset with a bias for action—you spot opportunities and run with them

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence across cultures and functions

Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities

Willingness to travel up to 20% for supplier development and market visits

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
