Responsibilities
- We are seeking a Business Controller to join our lean finance team in Helsinki for a fixed-term position covering parental leave from early March until the end of August.
- As a Business Controller, you will act as a financial business partner for dedicated administrative functions and support other business controllers in operations, sales and services. You actively seek and drive initiatives that improve profitability and cash flow, and you support and challenge unit leadership in reaching their annual targets. You monitor profitability and fixed costs, ensuring that deviations against budget and forecast are analyzed and addressed. In addition, you develop and enhance financial processes and tools, including Salesforce, Power BI, and our ERP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and further develop your professional skills.
- At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. For this role, we expect regular presence at our Helsinki office (around 2–3 days per week) and occasional travel to Lahti.
- Your main responsibilities
- Business control support for HR, IT and Marketing
- Services reporting and reporting development (Salesforce & PowerBI)
- Sales pricing controlling together with Sales & Services Business Controller
- Accounts receivable collection together with sales organization
- Risks mitigation and opportunity maximization together with sales organization
- Reporting and analysis aligned with evolving business needs
- KPI reporting
- Actively support ongoing projects for development of tools and systems
