We are seeking a highly skilled and outcome-driven Business Operations Specialist to support our Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving and supporting operational excellence, enabling team efficiency, and supporting key strategic initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the team runs smoothly, scales effectively, and delivers against its goals.
Your key responsibilities:
OKR Support & Insights: Gather and analyze data to support OKR (Objectives & Key Results) reviews, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive materials that provide clear visibility into team performance, progress, and strategic alignment.
KPI Tracking: Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the operational health of the Engineering organization.
Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Team Scaling & Onboarding: Support the team’s growth by managing aspects of hiring, onboarding processes, and development of documentation and training materials.
Compliance & Auditing: Coordinate compliance requirements and support internal/external audit readiness.
Project Support: Assist in the delivery and reporting of key engineering projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
