About this role

The Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager can be based anywhere in the UK. They are accountable for the commercial and operational performance of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the Home Delivery Network. The role owns the end-to-end partner relationship, ensuring delivery partners operate in line with contractual commitments, service levels, cost expectations, and behavioural standards.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial contract management and operational performance. It requires strong stakeholder management, data led decision making, and the ability to hold partners to account while maintaining productive, long-term relationships. The Regional Final Mile Partnership Manager plays a critical role in protecting customer experience, controlling cost, mitigating risk, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery network, while exemplifying HelloFresh DNA and a pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset.

What you will be doing:

Own the commercial relationship with assigned Delivery Service Partners across the full contract lifecycle

Support contract renewals, variations, and commercial discussions in collaboration with Legal and Finance

Monitor partner performance against service, quality, and cost KPIs including performance reviews

Analyse operational and commercial performance data to inform decisions and recommendations

Produce clear performance reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities

Work closely with Operations, Transport Planning, Finance, Legal, and H&S teams to support partner performance

Act as the voice of the delivery partner internally while protecting HelloFresh standards and customer outcomes

Identify opportunities to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cost across the partner network

Support onboarding of new partners and scaling of existing partners in line with network strategy

Ensure partners operate in line with health & safety, legal, and regulatory requirements

Skills and experience required:

Strong experience of managing logistics/delivery suppliers, partners, or third-party service providers

Exposure to commercial or contract-led environments

Experience operating in fast-paced, operationally complex settings

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Ability to analyse performance data and drive action

Confident communicator, able to hold partners to account

Understanding of service delivery models and performance management

Awareness of contractual, compliance, and governance principles
