Your role is to design and scale eCommerce solutions that measurably accelerate sales, profitability, and customer lifetime value. Your work will contribute directly to shaping a globally recognised Finnish design brand for the AI era.
Your mission is to build AI‑powered solutions that deliver tangible commercial results and establish Kalevala as an industry leader in retail AI. You will ensure that AI capabilities are not only technically advanced but consistently translate into measurable business value.
You report to the Commercial Director and work in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, the IT/Digital/AI Manager, and external partners, including our Shopify provider and digital marketing agency. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary Digital Commerce team. You ensure effective ways of working while cultivating a human‑centred, goal‑driven team culture. You set clear objectives
