Villa Hygge, lifestyle boutique hotel is searching for students/ recent graduates interested in an internship/training program in a hotel unlike any other in the New England. North Conway New Hampshire is rated #1 ski town and outdoor activities in North America. Students will be assisting with all daily affairs, including guest relations, marketing, tech systems, finance and accounting, event development, housekeeping, food and beverage services. The hotel has been recognized by several prominent media leaders including Boston Globe, Channel 5 TV ABC News and NH Life TV.

Requirements: Scandinavian citizenship, student or recent graduate from University studying tourism, hospitality, business, cultural or communication program, minimum age 21, strong communication skills – both written and verbal English required, previous experience in a customer service/hospitality positions preferred, willingness to learn and take on different projects, ability to adapt to changing environments.

Internship or recent graduate, duration 6-12 months, starting May 2026.

Full time, salary est. $1750/month including free shared housing (with own room) and shared use of company car. Employer will help to arrange visa application.
