Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Sofigate is growing fast, and we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for pre-sales, thought leadership, and ecosystem engagement. In this role, you will design end-to-end marketing solutions, shape client engagements from early discovery to delivery, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients and Salesforce partners. You will play a key role in winning new business, defining our point of view on modern marketing platforms, and representing us as a visible expert in the Salesforce ecosystem.

You're a proactive, hands-on consultant who enjoys solving customer problems and working with new tools even when documentation and instruction are not always available. You're able to simplify complextopics, build trust with both business and technical stakeholders, and thrive in customer-facing roles to support client success.

To succeed in this role, you have:

5+ years of hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement

Strong understanding ofmodern marketing automation(B2C and/or B2B environments)

Proven experience insolution architecture and end-to-end design

Ability to work with bothbusiness and technical stakeholders

Experience working inpre-sales, client advisory, and workshop facilitation

Ability to translatebusiness needs into scalable technical solutions

Fluency in both Finnish and English (due to customer needs).

Understanding ofSQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce Flow

Experience withData 360, Marketing Cloud Next and/or Agentforceis considered as an advantage
