Your role and the team
Join us as we strengthen our Information Technology & Digital Transformation (IT & DT) organization, where DevSecOps plays a key role in enabling secure and high‑quality digital products across all business areas. This position can be based in Turku, Espoo, Tampere, Jyväskylä or Oulu, please let us know your preferred location in your application.
As a DevSecOps professional, you work closely with the technical foundation, environments, and security of software products throughout their lifecycle. You ensure that security, reliability, and automation are seamlessly integrated into development and operations, enabling fast, high‑quality, and secure software delivery while contributing to scalable, cloud‑based development platforms and practices.
You work as part of the IT & Digital Transformation (IT&DT) Product Development team, in close collaboration with surrounding teams, business units and our subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and develop multiple environments
- Manage and evolve cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS
- Integrate security and automation into development and operational processes
- Ensure service availability, reliability, and continuity
- Support development teams in improving software quality and release speed
- Document solutions and collaborate across the organization to enable continuous improvement
- Your responsibilities may focus on specific DevSecOps tools, platforms, or technologies and expand over time based on your expertise, interests, and career ambitions.
