On a daily-basis, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Understand and continuously improve the Sales Pipeline,</p></li><li><p>Frame B2B projects with the relevant business and technical teams in order to implement new processes/tools,</p></li><li><p>Create reports for B2B teams and top management (performance/forecasting),</p></li><li><p>Owneship of our in-house partner payment system and its enhancement to improve partner performance,</p></li><li><p>Participate of the design and automate internal operational processes in a cross-team environment - code &amp; no/low code,</p></li><li><p>Ad-hoc analysis via SQL of the various stages in the B2B acquisition funnel &amp; recommendations,</p></li><li><p>Benchmark new processes/tools to improve B2B delivery. <br></p></li></ul><h4><strong>Your profile :</strong></h4><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience working as salesops/revops or product/consulting/project management,</p></li><li><p>Experience working in/with B2B sales teams and their sales funnel,</p></li><li><p>Great project management skills,</p></li><li><p>Great analytical level (SQL mastery is a +),</p></li><li><p>Good communication skills, you’re able to deal with a large variety of profiles (sales,crm,developers..),</p></li><li><p>Having managed a CRM is a big + (Hubspot preferably),</p></li><li><p>English fluent, mastering French,Spanish or Italian is a +,</p></li><li><p>Motivate to provide high level of impact and to be proactive on your scope,</p></li><li><p>Python/SQL/no code tool mastery are big +,</p></li><li><p>Technologic curiosity around SaaS and AI is greatly appreciated.<br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>What we offer :</strong></h3><p>Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
