We’re an early‑stage startup building KantaPass, the simplest digital loyalty platform for small businesses — restaurants, cafés, barbers, local shops. No apps, no friction. Just a clean Wallet‑based loyalty experience that customers actually use and business owners actually understand.

We’ve built our MVP, validated the concept, and now we’re looking for a technical co‑founder to join us and help shape the future of loyalty and marketing for small businesses across the Nordics.

We move fast. We’re early. And we’re just getting started.

Role Description

This isn’t a typical dev role. You’d join as Co‑Founder, owning the entire technical vision from day one. Full‑stack, Helsinki‑based or remote. You’ll be building a real product from zero with full autonomy and massive impact.

Full‑stack experience (strong in both front‑end and back‑end)

Comfortable with modern frameworks and integrations

Product‑driven mindset — you care about the why, not just the how

Someone who wants ownership, not just a paycheck

Startup energy: fast, scrappy, ambitious
