- You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define clear, actionable requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, specifying requirements for new or upgraded technology solutions, and documenting solution descriptions in a structured and understandable way. You will collaborate with development teams, product managers, designers, and third parties to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
