We are now looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team and strengthen our people partnering for global functions (and potentially selected businesses). In this role, you will act as a trusted people partner and advisor to managers and senior leaders, supporting them in people-related decision-making, performance management, organisational changes etc. You will also contribute to development of effective and future-ready local HR practices in a complex global matrix environment.

You will be based in Helsinki contributing to a positive employee experience together with other teams in Communications, Real Estate, EHS, IT, etc.
