About the Role This is a combined role where you get to split your time between driving the team forward as a Scrum Master and contributing hands-on as a Java backend developer. You will work in an automotive environment focused on the future of mobility, where collaboration, technical depth, and continuous improvement are central to the way of working. You will be part of a team of six developers and help shape both delivery and team dynamics. The role suits you if you enjoy moving between leadership and coding, and want to influence solutions in a modern backend and cloud environment. It is an exciting opportunity to work close to scalable services, DevOps practices, and connected solutions in a technically advanced domain. Job DescriptionYou support and coach the team in its Scrum ways of working and help create an efficient, collaborative delivery flow. You work hands-on with Java backend development as an active member of the development team. You contribute to backend solutions built with Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and AWS with a strong focus on serverless development. You help drive architecture and design discussions around microservices and scalable software solutions. You work with databases across both SQL and NoSQL technologies. You contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD, GitHub-based workflows, and Test Driven Development. You work in Unix and Linux environments and contribute to asynchronous programming patterns where needed. You collaborate in an Agile setup and help the team succeed within Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban-based ways of working. RequirementsYou have experience in Scrum Master or team lead
