We're looking for an experienced CRM / Customer Engagement Consultant to join a growing team delivering modern customer solutions to organisations across Finland.
Responsibilities
As a CRM / CE Consultant, you'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise CRM solutions that truly support customer-facing processes. You'll play a key role across the full delivery lifecycle - from requirements gathering through to go-live and continuous improvement.
Design and deliver CRM / Customer Engagement solutions (primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Engage with customers to understand business processes and translate requirements into effective solutions
Configure and customise CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.)
Support integrations with Power Platform and other business systems
Contribute to workshops, documentation, testing, and user training
Act as a trusted advisor to customers on best practices and solution optimisation
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a CRM / CE Consultant
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is highly desirable
Understanding of CRM-related business processes (sales, service, marketing)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written)
