We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Specialist to manage on-site IT operations for one of our long-term enterprise clients in the Masala/Espoo area.
This is a part-time, permanent position ideal for someone who prefers a stable, structured role with a high level of autonomy. Together with one of our employees you will act as the primary on-site IT contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting end users directly.
You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted.
Your responsibilities
Take full ownership of on-site IT support and daily operations
Provide hands-on deskside support for end users (Windows environment)
Manage and resolve support requests via ServiceNow, phone, and email
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Maintain and improve documentation and the internal knowledge base
Coordinate with our European IT team for escalations and projects
Occasionally support IT projects (~3–4 trips/year, fully compensated)
