About the role
In this role, you will play a key part in the Parts & Services ****division of an international industrial organization. Your primary focus is to ensure that service technicians and global customers have accurate, clear, and high-quality technical documentation. You will work as part of a professional team in Tampere, bridging the gap between complex engineering changes and practical field application.
This position is ideal for someone with a technical mindset and a motivation to improve the quality of critical aftermarket information. While the role requires regular collaboration at the office in Tampere, remote work options are available according to company policy.

Work tasks
Develop and maintain service and repair manuals, spare parts manuals (Upgrades/Rebuilds), and other technical product information.
Collect and interpret source materials from Engineering and Product Safety teams (e.g., engineering changes and safety updates).
Coordinate review cycles with stakeholders, ensuring all feedback is incorporated and version control is maintained.
Support global users by ensuring all documentation is usable, fit for purpose, and aligned with internal standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation tools, templates, and ways of working.
