, leading the Baltic Talent Acquisition team at Telia Company. I’m currently looking for someone passionate about partnering with the business, attracting strong talent, and delivering a smooth hiring experience. The role focuses on hiring a mix of

commercial & corporate positions

(finance, procurement, legal, HR, sales, etc.)

across the Baltic and Nordic markets

and is part of a strong, collaborative team working cross border.

What you’ll do:

Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment workflow for assigned roles, from intake to offer.

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with hiring managers and support them with hiring insights.

Engage and nurture candidates throughout a high‑touch recruitment experience, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Use data and technology (ATS, sourcing tools) to guide conversations and improve process effectiveness.

Represent TA as a subject‑matter expert in sourcing and recruitment practices.

Collaborate with People Partners and other stakeholders to align hiring needs with business priorities and workforce plans.

The suitable candidate is proactive, people‑focused, and motivated to advise and support the business. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.

At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in an international environment.

Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.

Solid sourcing expertise across multiple channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and proactive pipeline building.

Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using recruitment metrics to support decisions and improvements.

Fluency in English (B2 or higher, written and spoken).
