Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll design and automate test setups, characterize ICs and antenna arrays, and work closely with design, system, and applications teams to solve real-world challenges. Your work will directly impact next-generation wireless systems used around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Perform RF testing and validation of wireless devices to ensure performance meets design specifications.
- Set up and operate RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers).
- Analyze test data and troubleshoot RF performance issues.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test procedures.
- Document test results and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
- Education
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. a plus)
- Experience or academic background in RF/mm-wave circuits and measurement
- Hands-on skills with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and test automation
- Proficiency in Python or MATLAB
