We're looking for an Engineering Team Lead to manage our Backend Team within Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) - a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS product within WithSecure™.

CPSF is a real-time threat protection solution that scans files, URLs, and QR codes across Salesforce workflows - including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. It's already trusted by Fortune 500 companies globally, and we're scaling fast. The backend powers the core intelligence of the product: threat detection engines, API integrations, and our security cloud infrastructure running on AWS.

In this role, you'll own both the people and the platform: leading a backend engineering team responsible for the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud infrastructure and services - while remaining close enough to the code to drive technical quality.
