Why we're hiring:

As part of our People Analytics team, you’ll be working closely with the People team, Data & Tech teams as well as other broader functions across our group and operating companies to help support our reporting and data analytics. We are undergoing a large transformation across our People and Finance functions and the People Analytics team has a vast array of projects with touchpoints across multiple functions. We need a project manager to get stuck in and help us deliver projects that have never been done before.

This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover*

What you'll be doing:

Liaise with c-suite executives to co-ordinate the creation, build, production and continuous improvement of analytics products

Manage and scope out projects that span across functions

Drive project success metrics and timelines

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions across our agencies

Identify and proactively handle risks, issues, dependencies, forecast resource demand and prioritisation

Directly manage the day to day of our analytics team

What you'll need:

Previous experience in a project management role and utilising agile methodologies

Experience working with a cross-functional team

Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate and engage with the C-suite

Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving

Both detail and ‘big picture’ conscious

The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently

Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice

Proficiency in Excel
