Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS platforms
  • Develop integrations between Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and other tools using APIs
  • Automate operational processes such as user lifecycle management, notifications, data synchronization, and access workflows
  • Implement secure and reliable automations with logging, monitoring, and error handling
  • Continuously optimize processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to deliver automation solutions
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in automation, scripting, or IT infrastructure in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Entra ID & Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Google Workspace (basic administration)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • PowerShell and/or Python
  • Azure services (Automation, Functions, Logic Apps)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Automation patterns (event-driven, scheduled workflows)
  • SaaS integrations and API-based workflows
  • Authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, Git, and basic CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with:
  • Slack API / Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Google Admin SDK
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
  • Experience working in large-scale or multi-system environments
