HR Partner Lead (Castrol)

In this role You will:

Partner with business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) teams to deliver key people initiatives such as talent management, development, DE&I, employee engagement, and organizational change

Translate business priorities into actionable plans and support their successful delivery

Work collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams to drive consistent and effective outcomes

Build strong understanding of the business to ensure people solutions are aligned to local and organizational needs

Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve people outcomes

Coach and support leaders on people-related topics and best practices

Contribute to change initiatives including reorganizations and transformation projects

Support business continuity or crisis management activities where required

Lead business partnering activities within Castrol

Provide leadership and mentoring to one direct report

What You will need to be successful:

Extensive experience across People & Culture / HR roles in commercial or operational environments

Track record of business partnering

Strong partnering and coaching skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organizational development

Proven track record in delivering projects and driving initiatives to completion

Experience working in complex, global, and matrixed environments

Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Fluency in English

Leadership experience is an advantage
