Job description:Are you passionate about finance and wish to contribute to excellence within a global company? We are now looking for an experienced Business Controller to join the Epiroc site in Kalmar.

Epiroc in Kalmar is in the midst of the largest expansion in the company’s 60-year-old history, driven by the largest consolidation of production within the group. Today, we manufacture world-leading hydraulic breakers for the mining and construction industries, and we are now expanding our product portfolio - resulting in growth in capacity, workforce, and revenue.

We are taking on new technologies in machining and heat treatment, expanding our assembly operations, and preparing our new engineering laboratory to test and develop new, larger products. At the same time, we are modernizing our material handling.

Your MissionAs Business Controller, you will report directly to the General Manager and act as a key member of the local management team and a trusted financial co-pilot. You will have overall responsibility for the entity’s financial management, ensuring high-quality reporting in accordance with group guidelines and local regulations. Through accurate, timely and relevant financial analysis, you will support decision-making and actively contribute to the company’s strategy and performance. You will lead and develop the local finance function, including managing one direct report, and drive the
