About the Assignment You will join a team working in the early phases of advanced engineering, where new vehicle concepts and future technologies take shape. The focus is on concept development for areas such as electrification, hydrogen, and e-Mining, in an environment where technical feasibility, speed, and quality all matter. In this role, you work closely with R&D, Production, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into robust design concepts. You help define solutions, support system integration, and contribute to vehicle layouts that can move forward into later development stages. It is a great opportunity if you want to influence next-generation vehicle concepts from an early stage. Job DescriptionYou contribute to early-phase concept development and vehicle design. You create 3D models and concept designs in Catia V5. You develop technical solutions within areas such as cooling, braking, steering, and battery systems. You collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You support vehicle layout work and system integration. You perform or support FEM analysis to validate concept solutions. You deliver concept-level designs in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. Requirements7+ years of experience in mechanical design. Strong experience in concept development and early-phase engineering. Proficiency in Catia V5 and PLM systems, for example Enovia. Experience with BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) solutions. Knowledge of vehicle integration and layout. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
