About the role The Trade Credit Profit Center Manager DACH (m/f/x) reporting into the EMEA Head of Trade Credit will be responsible for all Trade Credit activities in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).  In this role you will be responsible for achieving the Trade Credit practice business drivers and results setting and driving business strategy in the cluster. You will be accountable for P&L and will execute against growth and profitability goals and objectives in line with regional strategy. What you need to know The Profit Center Manager Trade Credit DACH (m/f/x) will be responsible for: Driving underwriting excellence for our Trade Credit products: Excess-of-Loss, Trade+, Single Risk, Medium Term TC, etc. Enhancing business growth through business drivers maintaining profitability objectives. Collaborating with the relevant Committees, by establishing and ensuring adherence to risk appetite, line setting, standards and guidelines, and ensure rating and pricing adequacy. To further market penetration you will establish and align working relationship and strategies with the main partners in the Trade Broker community to build professional and solid relationships. Creating of strong relationships and fostering collaboration with Credit Officer team will drive effective management of the credit strategy and monitoring risk aggregations to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. Alignment with our Trade Finance practice in country to improve our right to win by offering a wide range of solutions to our clients. What we’re looking for: A strong and expert Trade Credit technical underwriting know-how, a sound knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition, and distribution. Proven high experience in financial and balance sheet analysis. Strong relationships with customers and intermediaries in the region. Strong business acumen paired with a track record of making sound judgment backed by strong analytical, quantitative, process and systems skills. Proven Strategic Leadership skills in developing vision and purpose ensure driving for results and leading effective teams. Skilled leader whose actions are agile, client focused, results oriented.
