JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS CONTROLLER

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Junior Industrial Operations Controller, you will be part of the Finance organization and be located in Ljungby, this is where the learning happens. Your initial focus will be understanding the organization, business processes, and how systems and reporting structures are built.

You will work in a diverse IT system landscape. Once you master the systems and understand the business, you will possess knowledge that is both rare and highly valuable. This role offers development and a very solid foundation in Industrial Controlling.

Participating in financial and management reporting for the factory

Supporting cost, variance and KPI analysis

Supporting budget and forecast processes

Participating in monthly and yearly closing activities

Balance sheet follow-up and fixed asset management

Learning and working in ERP system and related modules

Participating in internal projects, improvement initiatives and audits
