We have a fast‑growing data science and data engineering team building generative AI capabilities and based on your background and experience, are searching for both a Gen AI Engineer and a Senior Gen AI Engineer, to play key roles in shaping a skilled team further.

Your roleAs a Gen AI Engineer, you will work across generative AI, data engineering, and architecture - building production-grade solutions and helping shape how AI is applied in real-world environments.

In this role you will:

Design and build AI-driven solutions (e.g. RAG systems, agentic workflows, tool-integrated applications)

Contribute to data platforms and architectures that enable scalable AI and analytics use cases

Own end-to-end delivery from architecture and prototyping to productionization (incl. evaluation, monitoring, iteration)

Work with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions across GenAI, data, and integration domains

Support sales and capability development, including proposals, demos, and mentoring others

Your profile

Data engineer / ml engineer background (2-5+ years)

Gen AI application architecture & agent development (1-2+ years)

LLM orchestration & tools: function calling, MCP, agent frameworks & tools

Agentic workflows: multi-step reasoning, multi-agent patterns, when to use agents

State & context management: memory, session state, and reliable execution

RAG systems in practice (1+ years)

Chunking, embeddings, vector databases

Retrieval quality optimization (recall/precision, evaluation, tuning)

Cloud development (Azure preferred) (1-3+ years)
