We are now looking for a temporary **People Specialist** to strengthen our People & Culture team and to rock the world of manufacturing with us! This is a fixed-term position covering a parental leave substitution, expected to last until September 2027.

Fastems People & Culture team in Finland is looking for a People Specialist to manage diverse human resource-related tasks. In this position, youll get to work in the heart of Fastems most valuable asset: our people. **Key responsibilities:**

Oversee the employment lifecycle related tasks, for example preparing employment contracts, handling employment benefits, and acting as the payroll contact person in Finland.

Act as the main point of contact for employees on employment-related issues in Finland and ensure compliance with local labor laws and collective agreements.

Managing various HRIS systems in Finland and globally i.e. people system, and time and attendance system to ensure accurate data management and reporting.

Prepare and submit monthly reports in Finland and globally.

Assist in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures globally.

Handle various administrative tasks as needed.

This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various tasks efficiently and precisely. The daily work involves interacting with people, following processes, collective agreements, laws and instructions, maintaining close attention to detail, solving problems, and seeking information to complete tasks.

Some experience in people matters is required, with employment relations or payroll experience considered an advantage. Experience in global organizations is also seen as an asset. The role requires fluent Finnish and English skills, and strong collaboration with HR colleagues, as we work together as a team to ensure the best HR service possible.
