Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our energetic recruitment team.

In this role, you will work closely with our business units and leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from job advertisements to screening and sourcing candidates, all the way through to the final hiring decision and employment contract. You will use your expertise to identify and attract the top talent for different business and industry needs, helping us attract the right talent to support our growth. You will also identify in-demand talent profiles and contribute to recruitment strategies.

You will be a part of our Finnish recruitment team, as well as our Finland, Poland and the Baltics team of recruiters and share best practices with colleagues in four other CGI countries.

This is a temporary full-time position from May 2026 until March 2027.

The location of this role is our headquarters in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model.

What we expect from you

At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting

Experience with sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)

Understanding of the Finnish IT labor market and experience in recruiting technical talent

Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously

It's a plus if you also have experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
