  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation and change management initiatives within an organisation of

  • Ability to assess the impact of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions, providing innovative solutions to meet organisational needs
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and new ways of working, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical,

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects involving significant cultural and technical change
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and benefit realisation. Hands on experience of delivering all the relevant change activities, and content but also able to self-manage and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate the vision, goals, and progress of digital transformation initiatives to all levels of the organisation
  • Understanding and addressing employee concerns during transitions
  • Experience supporting the adoption of new digital capabilities or emerging technologies, with an understanding of the people and cultural impacts involved
  • Confidence working in environments with high ambiguity and rapid evolution, adapting change approaches as AI capabilities and use cases mature
  • Skilled in
  • identifying
  • and resolving conflicts
  • Minimum
  • Criteria
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in leading digital transformation and change management initiatives in medium to large scale projects
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading projects that involve significant cultural and technical changes
  • Experience in engaging and influencing stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of change management methodologies (
  • e.g
  • Prosci
  • /ADKAR/Kotter/Agile Change) Change Impact Assessments and Resistance Management approaches
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and benefit realisation, and commercial awareness and ability to align change initiatives to business goals
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions to support digital and cultural initiatives
