About this role

You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of investors in Real Estate, Private Equity, Debt, and Fund of Funds, while ensuring customer-centric solutions. You’ll oversee client onboarding, perform due diligence on third parties (AIFM, Central Administration, Custodian Bank), and supervise fund activities in compliance with AIFMD, SIF, SICAR, and RAIF regulations. You’ll collect and review transactional documents, safeguard and verify asset ownership, monitor cash flow activities, and ensure accurate valuations and year-end asset positions. You’ll prepare and issue internal portfolio reports, provide timely feedback to management, escalate risks, and ensure proper billing and recovery of outstanding invoices. You’ll ensure compliance with evolving legislation and regulatory standards, highlight and report operational risks or complaints, and maintain robust oversight controls to protect Luxembourg-domiciled funds. You have 4–5 years of experience in depositary/custody functions, gained in a depositary bank or through audit or fund accounting roles. You bring strong expertise in Private Equity and Real Estate markets, with desirable exposure to fund accounting. You possess solid knowledge of the regulatory environment for depositaries, ensuring compliance with industry standards. You are fluent in English, with French or German language skills considered an advantage. You hold a university degree in Finance or Accounting, strengthening your technical and analytical foundation.
