Responsibilities
- As a Quality Engineer at Lind, you will have a broad and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring and developing quality across both product and production. You will work closely with assembly, development and management in an environment with short decision-making paths and strong collaboration.
- You will play a key role in building, structuring and improving quality processes in a growing organization. The role combines hands-on work in production with analytical tasks related to follow-up and continuous improvement.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring product quality in both production and finished products
- Managing deviations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Developing and documenting processes, routines and work instructions
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within quality and production
- Participating in prototype work and contributing with a quality perspective in development
- Monitoring and analyzing quality data
