Make an Impact – Lead Innovation and Strengthen Our PMO

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive our most strategic innovation and new product development initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in developing our PMO practices and bringing clarity, structure and momentum to innovation and NPI projects across the organization. The position is located in Espoo, we operate in a hybrid working model, and the role includes some travel.

Your Main Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end innovation and development projects from early idea to commercial launch

Strengthen and coordinate PMO practices for Product Group and Innovation

Build project structures, models and ways of working that support innovation and NPI

Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations

Engage and coordinate multifunctional teams, including mentoring team members

Ensure business viability, customer value and technical feasibility in all new initiatives

Bring clarity and direction into evolving, fast‑moving project environments
