About the Role
As a Medical Advisor, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary medical team supporting health and wellness programs for customers around the world. You’ll help ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based clinical decisions while contributing to quality, cost containment, and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, evolving healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide evidence‑based medical guidance on claims and clinical cases, taking into account international standards alongside local regulations and customs
Support the quality and effectiveness of case management, disease management, and other clinical services, helping ensure outcomes meet agreed quality standards
Review clinical performance data and raise recommendations for improvement where gaps or risks are identified
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and operational teams to support continuous improvement initiatives within Clinical Operations
Contribute to quality improvement and clinical management projects, taking ownership of defined workstreams and following them through to completion
Support cost containment efforts through informed clinical input and participation in targeted projects
Act as a trusted resource and educator, sharing clinical expertise and supporting the development of learning content for internal and external audiences
What You’ll Bring
Medical qualification with experience working in a clinical or medical advisory capacity
Fluency in French and English
Experience reviewing, investigating, and responding to clinical enquiries or complaints
Ability to work effectively within multicultural, international environments
Strong understanding of evidence‑based medicine and clinical quality principles
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical decisions to both clinical and non‑clinical audiences
Comfort managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
