About the position

Santa Claus Holiday Village Safaris is looking for experienced guides for the upcoming winter season to create unforgettable experiences in the unique nature of Lapland. In this role, you will guide international guests through a variety of winter season activities. Are you a guide who enjoys entertaining guests and creating memorable experiences while working in Arctic conditions?

The company offers a wide range of activities, including Northern Lights tours, husky safaris, reindeer safaris and other adventure excursions. In this role, you will be at the heart of an international tourism environment where customer service, safety and the creation of experiences come together.

The employment periods are from November 2026 to March 2027, with both full-season and shorter contracts available, starting from approximately one-month long assignments. Various working hour models are offered: on-call employment contracts, 90 h / 3 weeks and 112,5 h / 3 weeks contracts. The work is scheduled flexibly - including evenings, weekends and public holidays during the peak season. The terms of employment follow the collective agreement for theprogram services sector. The employment relationship is established between Bondata and the employee.
