OURA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team in Helsinki. This role requires full-cycle recruiting experience from technical and design roles.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building diverse teams, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with the existing team to enhance processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers to secure key hires that significantly impact the business.

This is a hybrid role, with occasional evening meetings to accommodate global team members.
The employment relationship will be established as a fixed-term temporary employment assignment between Adecco and the employee. The position will start as soon as possible, and the estimated duration of the assignment is until the end of September 2026.
