About the Role

As an Engineer within the R&D organization, you will join a highly skilled team working with the development of robust, reliable, and efficient turbomachinery components. Your work will contribute directly to products used by industries worldwide—ensuring structural integrity, aerodynamic performance, and long‑term durability.

You will enter a technically advanced environment where learning, exploration, and collaboration are central. The team welcomes both experienced engineers and newly graduated talents. New colleagues are supported by senior engineers, ensuring a smooth start and the opportunity to grow into the role step by step.

You will collaborate closely with specialists in aeromechanics, aerodynamics, mechanical integrity, structural dynamics, and testing—working together to drive innovation and engineering excellence.

You will:

Contribute to aeromechanical assessments throughout the development process—from concept studies and prototyping to final design.

Support investigations and perform aeroelastic calculations such as flutter and forced‑response evaluations.

Conduct High‑Cycle Fatigue (HCF) life assessments using modal analysi
