Here at Fortum, you'll be at the forefront of securing the company. You'll collaborate with our different business teams, lead cyber security assessments, and drive the adoption of modern cybersecurity practices across our IT & OT environment.
We are looking for a cyber security professional who can operate in the intersection of business, regulation and technology with a strong focus on helping our business with IT and OT topics.
In this role, your task will include but not be limited to:
Engage with business stakeholders, translating cyber topics into clear, actionable insights
Drive and own the situational awareness and reporting, from operational level to strategic level
Support and develop our cyber security practices around ISMS &CSMS frameworks
Conduct various assessments from project reviews to supply chains
Discuss complex IT & OT technical challenges effectively with technical experts, while communicating risks and implications clearly to non-technical stakeholders
This role does not have a line management responsibility and does not include hands-on technical duties.
You're a seasoned cyber security professional with a passion for building cybersecurity and empowering business teams to do the same. You bring a strong mix of information security and technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. You're comfortable working across teams, translating complex security concepts into actionable guidance, and driving continuous improvement in secure practices. We're looking for someone with: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 7+ years of experience in cyber security Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills Solid and proofed understanding of IT&OT technical security controls and translating these into actionable and understandable items Experience working with frameworks (e.g. ISO 270001, IEC 62443, ) and real world-implementation T
