Role Summary As a Compliance Data Analyst at Payoneer, you will play a key role in supporting Compliance Office, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams to support reporting, alert management, and performance measurement. teams with data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. You will act as a strong data partner, working to provide accurate and actionable reporting to various stakeholders across the organization.ç What You’ll Do Provide insights to stakeholders such as Compliance Office, ML, Compliance Operations, and Compliance Strategy teams to support data-driven compliance decisions. Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively. Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends. Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and accurate. Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller, actionable tasks. Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems. Who You Are You have 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within compliance, fintech, financial services or risk. Proficient in SQL and Excel. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent spoken and written English Proficiency in Python - An advantage! Experience leveraging AI to optimize processes, automate tasks, and drive better results - An advantage!
