Commercial Development Director - Drive Global Commercial Excellence
Would you like to join Valmet's team and support us in taking our commercial performance and capabilities to the next level?
You will be leading a global commercial excellence transformation program, which includes several development projects, like sales and sales management process development, key account management, pricing and IT systems.
Your responsibilitiesYou will be part of the global Commercial Excellence transformation program and run the Program Management Office from planning to execution.
You plan, prioritize, and drive commercial development initiatives across together with the Program Management team.
You guide and help our business areas with frontline sales implementation, ensuring initiatives are ready, relevant, and adopted across regions.
You coach development initiative owners and teams while maintaining transparency through structured tracking and stakeholder communication.
Expectations for youYou hold a Master's degree in Technology, Business, or a comparable field.
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial technology sales or sales management within an international environment.
You have strong experience with commercial IT systems such as CRM, ERP, reporting, and analytics solutions and managing virtual teams.
You communicate confidently across organizational levels and cultures in fluent English.
This role requires frequent international travel.
