enables enterprise talent priorities through high‑quality execution, insight, and operational support for the
Global Talent Partner
community. You will support core talent activities across
Cross‑SET talent,

development centres, and the
Global Talent Marketplace, ensuring that talent data, materials, and outcomes are accurate, well‑governed, and translated into consistent, high‑quality experiences for HR and business stakeholders. This role is a development opportunity for experienced HR or talent professionals looking to build a career in

Prepare high‑quality talent materials (data packs, dashboards, summaries, insight decks) that equip Global Talent Partners and HR stakeholders for focused, insight‑led discussions. Coordinate timelines, logistics, and system readiness across markets.
Talent data, insights and knowledge:
Extract, analyse and maintain
talent data across
Workday,
Eightfold, and reporting tools. Produce regular insights on
succession health,
pipeline strength,
diversity,
readiness, and
mobility. Safeguard
data accuracy, consistency and governance
across talent systems. Maintain Talent CoE knowledge assets, including
playbooks,
guidance, and
standards
documentation.
Talent Marketplace and mobility enablement: Support the operation and adoption of the
Global Talent Marketplace. Monitor internal mobility activity and generate actionable insights for Talent Partners and HRBPs. Provide practical education and guidance to drive effective use of internal mobility tools and processes—making opportunities more visible and accessible.
Development centres and talent experiences: Coordinate and support
development centres
and targeted
talent experiences
by managing logistics, assessment outputs, participant communications, and documentation. Partner with
L&D
and vendors to align with
Global Talent standards
and ensure development outcomes are captured and translated into
actionable plans.
Collaboration and continuous improvement: Work closely with Global Talent Partners to improve
process quality, efficiency and insight. Build strong working relationships with
HRBPs
and adjacent
CoEs
to ensure joined‑up delivery. Find opportunities to
simplify, standardise and enhance
talent tools and processes—removing friction so others can focus on higher‑value advisory work. Curious about how far this kind of impact can go?
